Cancel or refuse any orders placed under incorrect information or pricing.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
Direct deposit and bank wire transfers

All payments are securely processed. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

5. Shipping Policy

DropKick Customs, LLC strives to offer the best shipping rates possible. Freight shipments may require additional charges due to hazardous materials, oversize dimensions, or delivery locations outside the continental U.S.

If additional shipping fees apply, you will be notified before your order is processed.

Important Details:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
APO/FPO and military addresses may be eligible for certain shipments.
“Free Shipping” applies only to standard ground service within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
We reserve the right to change carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) at our discretion while maintaining the same delivery speed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled without applicable fees. Orders canceled after processing will be subject to all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

6. Delivery and Inspection

Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect all shipments for accuracy and damage. Please:

Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Failure to document shipping damage with the carrier may void your ability to file a claim. If a shipment is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before processing will not incur a fee.
Orders that have been processed or billed will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.

Refunds are typically issued within 48 hours of approval but may take 5–7 business days to reflect on your account depending on your financial institution.

8. Returns and RMA Policy

All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Conditions

Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at your expense.
Restocking fees: 20% domestic / 30% international
